Theories of Change

A 'Theory of Change' is a description of how and why change is expected to happen in a particular context.

In this context, it refers to both the process of creating the description and the description itself, usually presented as a diagram; a process for planning evaluation and service design.

This can be one of the first challenges an organisation faces in impact measurement; the resources below can help you to start and enrich that process.​
