3. Are we doing it consistently well?

This question is about consistently considering the quality of your work and whether your provision is creating the expected impact outlined in your theory of change. The resources here will introduce you to quality marks and standards, as well as ways to collect data that will help you to evaluate the quality, through impact measurement, of your provision and improve it over time.
