4. Are we true to our intentions?
This question is about how you are monitoring fidelity or ‘faithfulness’ to your plans. Are you delivering what you planned to offer? Are you working with the young people you intended to work with? It’s unlikely you will achieve the aims of your theory of change unless you stick to it in programme delivery. Fidelity to values and other quality principles may also be of great significance to success.
