Collective Impact Leadership

Collective impact leadership involves working together across the sector to generate greater evidence of impact than we could have done as a single organisation. The resources here explore what collective leadership is and how you can overcome some of the barriers inherent in this type of working.

Theory

The Collective Impact Forum outlines what collective impact is: ​

TASK: Reflect on how ready your organization is to contribute to collective impact. Who could you work with – it might only be one other organisation, or several. What could you achieve together? Why would they want to do a collective impact project with you? What could that mean for you?​
